Our podcasts, videos, and events exist because people across East Texas are willing to lend their time, creativity, and voice to something local and meaningful. Whether you are interested in helping behind the scenes, contributing creatively, or being part of the production process, there are many ways to get involved.
We welcome individuals with a wide range of skills and experience levels. You do not need a media background to participate. If you are passionate about storytelling, community connection, creativity, or simply want to support local media, there is likely a place for you here.
Help Get the Word Out
Support ETX Shine by sharing content, promoting episodes, helping spread the word about upcoming shows, and encouraging community engagement online and in person.
Influencer/Podcast Host
Host or co-host a podcast, contribute your voice and perspective, help shape conversations, or collaborate on content that connects with the East Texas community.
Script Writing
Assist with outlining episodes, writing intros and outros, helping shape interview questions, or contributing written ideas that turn into meaningful conversations.
Production Team
Help with audio, video, setup, breakdown, live recording support, or behind-the-scenes production during podcast recordings and events.
Marketing and Publicity
Support promotion efforts through social media, outreach, partnerships, event promotion, and helping connect ETX Shine with local organizations and businesses.
Creative Work
Contribute photography, video, graphic design, writing, artwork, music, or other creative skills that help bring stories to life.
